Frequently
asked questions

What is Resono?

We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that focuses on serving three main areas for small to medium businesses: strategy, customer experience, and support.

Where is Resono based?

Our main office is located in Manila, Philippines--one of the world's top outsourcing destinations.

What services does Resono offer?

Generally speaking, our core services are:

  • Social media management
  • Customer resolution management
  • Financial and administrative management
  • Website content management

But we'd love to have a chat about what else you had in mind. There's always a solution.

How is Resono different from other BPOs?

We have proven experience delivering on three main points:

  • Affordability
  • Customised solutions
  • Flexible resourcing

Ask us how we do it and we'll be happy to explain.

What types of projects does Resono accept?

Any and all – just ask us and we'll run through exactly how we can provide the solutions your business needs.

What standards/security measures does Resono have in place?

Our office is located in a 24/7 secured building, with biometrics for our door access. In addition to employing the usual firewalls for our networks, we use Fortinet as an additional security solution. We hold a PCI certification granted by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council for meeting their set of security controls which consist of 12 stringent requirements.

Does Resono issue non-disclosure agreements and service level agreements?

Upon project agreement, all clients sign NDAs with us.

How does Resono handle projects?

Outsourcing can vary greatly in scope and complexity and will depend on the nature of business and task at hand. Although our approach to each client/project is unique, we follow the general process below:

1. Analysis
Let's have a chat first – get to know each other. We'll then determine the requirements of your project and work with you to agree on some of the key deliverables, timeframes, and workflow processes. During this phase, we will also determine the pricing model and other commercials for your consideration.

2. Proposal & Agreement
You will receive a fully drafted project services agreement that will outline our terms of service, the details of your project, and the details of our service delivery.

3. Setup
Once the terms of the service agreement are agreed to and signed, we're off! We will commence acquisition of the necessary talent to perform the project.

4. Go Live/Business As Usual
After commencing the project and going live, we will migrate to the BAU phase. During this phase, our management team will provide you with every aspect of performance reporting and progress, while providing detailed summaries to your stakeholders that illustrate how great we're doing.

5. Invoicing & Payment
Each service agreement is unique and will detail the agreed method for invoicing. The most common structure is monthly invoicing, or a 50% upfront and 50% upon completion; it depends on the scope and purpose of the project. We're flexible, realistic and affordable, and our terms of payment match this.

6. Termination
If the project is short-term and has been completed, we will hand over all the final deliverables and dissolve the project team as required. For long-term contracts, we will include a service disengagement plan with you that clearly illustrates the process to follow.

How does Resono price its projects?

Resono classifies functions into either a Low, Medium, or Complex back-of-house (BOH) banding. We determine your banding based on the level of skills and training required for the role.

What is Resono's turnaround time (TAT)?

As soon as we hear from you, we will contact you to discuss requirements after which we will be sending, within 48 hours of our chat, a detailed proposal that will include project timelines (commencement and completion) and forecast costs.
